Well it’s been a while!

Well it’s been a while since I sat and wrote anything for you lovely lot hasn’t it!

I thought I’d finally get round to writing something after i wrote my last piece and only got a handful of views after I’d spent so much time gathering info and stuff for it I kinda got a little disheartened about writing anything else plus life then came and dry bummed everything in my personal life as well as another lockdown I just stopped writing and doing what I love.

Taking a big break is what I needed tho Id gotten myself stuck in this horrible little rut of feeling down and like I needed to do something with my life cause the only person who was gonna be able to give my ass a kick and get sorted was myself!

So for one I made the decision to go on new meds for my anxiety and depression and talk to my doctor about any other help that might be available and that would benefit me and I was referred to Talk Liverpool they offer CBT (cognitive behaviour therapy) I’ve started my first session and it’s not as bad as you would think, then to give myself another kick up the ass I signed up to do an online acrylic nails course and guess what ya girl passed!! 😊

So I’ve been doing nails for friends and it’s been lovely to keep my mind busy if you wanna have a geg at anything I’ve done I’ve got an Instagram page it is http://www.instagram.com/sarahstrainingpage I loved it that much that I signed up to do a basic facials course too and I’ve got one more bit to do and I’ll have passed that as well not bad for 32 and learning new things.

Not really much else to tell I’m still single I’ve redownloaded and deleted tinder within a week again and I still love a gin or glass of wine at the weekend still a chunky but funky bird and taking it one day at a time life’s to short to waste it!

I’ll hopefully have some more bits to write over the next few weeks but it’s been nice to sit and write something for you all!
