I decided that I would do a post about some local businesses that I love and think deserve to be known about, times are hard and anything to promote and help out little local businesses I’m all for! I’ve included all the ways to contact them view their products and how to order from them.
The colour kingdom is ran by leeanne she is the hair wizard! This woman can do anything with hair I’ve gone in many a time with a picture or an idea and she’s took it and given me something amazing. She’s one of the nicest people ever and will have you in stitches whilst getting your hair done what more do you want. Her little shop is home to other services too from beauty treatments to massages and much more. The guilt free sweet shop is ran by Tori who’s lovely, she’s got an amazing range of vegan and gluten free pick’n’mix the only place I know that sells vegan chocolate and vanilla fudge I’ve not seen it anywhere else. There’s so many sweets your spoilt for choice and all her packaging is plastic free compostable packaging and a paperless order and dispatch process. She’s currently got a vegan sweets survival pack which is priced at £14.05 and I can honestly say is worth every single penny! Cheeky zebra is ran by Sasha who is just hilarious her insta stories make my day. She sells cards with a sense of humour so if your looking for a cheeky card instead of a boring one sash is your girl! She’s just started to sell notebooks too which are boss and I’ll be ordering myself one. She’s just brought out a fab Father’s Day range so go spend all your money on her cards. Lili Bizarre fancy dress and balloons are the absolute dogs bollocks of fancy dress! They have such a huge range you’ll be there for hours and their staff are the nicest. They’ve been going along time they used to have a shop up on hardman st but have since moved down to 7 Tarleton st,Liverpool so there based right in the middle of town down the side of marks and Spencer’s. Rainbows and Unicorns is ran by the wonderful Ray she’s one the loveliest people who will happily explain anything and help you choose something that’ll suit you and your needs. It’s a little gem based at 65 county rd, Liverpool, selling work of local makers and artists alongside a wide range of crystals and more she’s also recently started offering reiki healing sessions so once lockdown is over book in and get yourself all aligned. The urban cupcakery is ran by the lovely Rachel, there a community interest company based Everton and Anfield in Liverpool, all profits are put back into the company so they can work with young adults and also provide local community events for all to enjoy. She has a selection of cupcakes boxed for only £6 and she offers free delivery if your based in Anfield and Everton if your further afield don’t worry she’ll only charge a small fee so you can still get your cupcake fix. It’s not just cupcakes they offer a range of different items from chocolate bouquets to layer cakes.
